Both the original and the new cut (missing out the 'Special' edition, of course) ... And it was a revelation. <br /><br />I finally decided - Now I've seen both films in High Def, the results, 33 years in the making, are in ... 'CE3K' really IS better than 'Star Wars'. Better written. Better shot. Better paced. Better acted. And Better looking in High Def.<br /><br />There ... My wife - as you know - is a non-geek and she loved the film, so go figure. Maybe the audience that was meant to get the most out of it is the audience that is mostly left "meh" as you so shortly put it. Consider, also, that I cried when Devil's Tower speilberg'd into view but that was because it took me back....First blu-ray I ever bought. Naturally.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
